Honouring the past, creating something new
Many people know this building as the former home of The Church Restaurant, which served Mullingar from its opening in 2013 and became a well-known destination thanks to its unique setting and welcoming atmosphere. Today, that same spirit continues under a new name, new ownership, and a fresh vision. When The Church Restaurant closed, it marked the end of an important chapter in this building’s story. Rather than letting such a special space fade into memory, Grace Food & Coffee Culture was created to bring new life, energy, and creativity into this remarkable venue. We saw more than just a building. We saw history, character, and opportunity. The soaring ceilings, natural light, and peaceful surroundings offered the perfect foundation for a place centred around hospitality, connection, and great food. Grace was born from a desire to honour the heritage of the space while creating something modern, welcoming, and unique for Mullingar.
